About the faculty

CS Deepak Gajrani, an aCAdemician at heart, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and he was Winner of the Best SMTP participant Award in the Secretarial Training Modular Program at NIRC-ICSI. He is a Law Graduate from the University of Delhi (LL.B.). He has been Visiting Faculty at ICSI and ICAI. He has passionately taught the in-depth interpretations of  Board of Directors, General Meeting, Share CApital, Amalgamation, Prospectus, Books of Accounts, etc. for more than 20 years to ensure that students become good corporate managers and good corporate advisors. He has been able to contribute to the lives of many students who have successfully made a space for themselves in top law firms, reputed companies, and top CA firms. Many of his students have become leading Company Secretaries and are creating landmarks every day in their professional life. He has dedicated his life to teaching the students – “the art and skill of interpretation” through the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 from the source, i.e. bare act. He has been on a mission of empowering his students with the outstanding CApability of dissecting the sections, sub-sections, and clauses to make them stand class apart. Now, he wants to spread – “the art and skill of interpretation” through the medium of Video Lectures, through Pen Drive and Google Link as well as Face-to-face Lectures.

CS MADHAV PAHWA is an Associate member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the member of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. He is an expert in the subject of Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General laws and holds a great experience in this field. Before entering into the field of teaching he was working with Vaish Associates and Advocates which is one of the top 20 law firms in India. He is teaching the students of Foundation and Executive level for last 8 attempts. The best part about his teaching is that he will make you understand the complicated topics with practical examples which helps students to remember the concepts for longer time. He has guided many students to make their ways to success.

CA MUKESH JASWANI Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Company Secretary and Cost & Management Accountant by Profession. He has a brilliant aCAdemic record. He scored 9th Rank all over India in the final exam conducted by ICMAI. He also scored 100% marks in the 1st-year accountancy paper of B.Com.(H) He passed the final exam of the three professional bodies in successive attempts i.e. CMA final in June 2007, CS Final in Dec 2007, and CA Final in May 2008. He has also been a visiting faculty of ICSI for Various Subjects. His areas of specialization are Accounts, Costing, and Financial & Strategic Management.
