CS Sangeet Kedia, 47, B.Sc.(H) Maths, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate from University of Delhi. By profession, he is the lecturer for various Corporate Law Papers of Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) Courses. Along with this, he is also a Consultant for Corporate Laws and Secretarial Matters to number of well reputed Companies. He has a teaching and industry experience of more than 21 years. He is the Director of ‘SANGET KEDIA ACADEMY” (previously known as SANGEET KEDIA CLASSES), a premier Coaching Institute for Company Secretary Course. Sangeet Kedia is a well known name since 2000, as a highly reputed teacher, in the CS student fraternity. He has been a Visiting Faculty for Oral Coaching Classes conducted by Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of ICSI. He has been a Visiting Faculty to ICLS ACAdemy of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). He has addressed prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce CA- Confluence, title as SRCC-Wings of Fire, as a Guest Speaker. He has also addressed various CAreer counseling and aCAdemic programmes. He has also been the panelist for judging various competitions such as Company Law Quiz, Elocution, Moot Court, etc. organized by NIRC of ICSI. Sangeet Kedia is also the author of many books for the professional courses.
CA Mukesh Jaswani is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Company Secretary and Cost & Management Accountant by Profession. He has a brilliant aCAdemic record. He scored 9th Rank all over India in the final exam conducted by ICMAI. He also scored 100% marks in the 1st-year accountancy paper of B.Com.(H) He passed the final exam of the three professional bodies in successive attempts i.e. CMA final in June 2007, CS Final in Dec 2007, and CA Final in May 2008. He has also been a visiting faculty of ICSI for Various Subjects. His areas of specialization are Accounts, Costing, and Financial & Strategic Management.
